Happy Club Poetry Open Mic Rules

Performer Registration is Compulsory
Registration for the Tuesdat Poetry Open Mic opens at 6 PM on Monday. Register here.

Slots
We have 10 performer slots for poetry comedy open mic, allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration Fee
A registration fee of Rs. 100 must be paid within 2 hours of signing up to confirm your spot, or it will be reopened for others. This fee includes your entry ticket and 1 HC Coin to unlock your performance video.

Cancellation
If you are unable to perform, please inform us at least 3 hours before the event. Registration Fee in non refunable or transferable.

Non-transferable Slots
Slots are non-transferable and will automatically be allocated to the waiting list if canceled.

Arrival Time
All performers must arrive before 6:35 PM and report to host to perform.

Performance Duration
Each performer must perform for a minimum of 2 minutes.

Time Limit
Currently, we don’t have a fixed time limit for the Poetry Open Mic. Since there are 10 performers, we plan to keep the open mic between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.

Language
You can perform in Nepali, Hindi, or English. However, the use of offensive language is not allowed.

Performance Types
Since this is a Poetry Open Mic, only Poetry • Stories • Ghazals • Musical Acts are allowed. Please ensure your performance aligns with this category.

Post-Performance Etiquette
Please do not leave the venue after your performance is over. Be patient and watch other performers to support each other.

Performance Video
Your performance video will be sent to the email address you used during registration. Please ensure the email is correct, as we won’t be able to change the email for performance video delivery. Any mistake could result in your performance video being sent to someone else.

Non-compliance
Failure to follow these rules will result in a ban from registering for the next open mic.
